Iceberg Wedge drizzled with Marzetti Simply Ginger Soy Dressing topped with shredded carrot, cucumber, radish and scallion.

Top with your favorite veggies or serve as a side to sushi!

Cut Iceberg head into quarters.

Drizzle ½ cup of Marzetti Simply Ginger Soy Dressing evenly over the quartered iceberg.

Divide and sprinkle the vegetable toppings evenly amongst the 4 wedges.

Drizzle remaining dressing on top and serve.
