Creamy Balsamic Chicken

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large pan, on medium-low heat, cook the bacon and pearl onions until fully cooked. Set aside.

Turn up the heat to medium-high and cook the mushrooms till tender. Set aside.

In the same pan, add the olive oil and chicken breasts seasoned with salt and pepper. Sear on both sides.  Finish cooking the chicken in oven until fully cooked or reached an internal temperature of 165° F.

Returning to the stove, over medium heat add grape tomatoes, the cooked bacon, pearl onions and mushrooms and heat until they begin to sizzle slightly.

Lower heat.

Add Marzetti Simply Creamy Balsamic Dressing and sour cream to the pan, stir together, add the chicken back to the pan to coat and serve.

For a slightly thinner sauce, add a touch of broth or water.
