Honey Mustard Roasted Salmon

Savor the delicious Honey Mustard Roasted Salmon recipe featuring Marzetti Honey Mustard Dressing. This easy and flavorful dish combines tender salmon with a sweet and tangy honey mustard glaze, perfect for a healthy and satisfying meal.

Marinade:

Mix together the Marzetti Honey Mustard Dressing and apple cider vinegar in a large zipper bag.

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, add to zipper bag and gently massage the marinade into the salmon.  Remove as much air as possible from the bag and allow to marinate, refrigerated, for at least 1 hour but not more than 4 hours.

 

Cooking:

Pre-heat oven to 475°F.

Place the salmon fillets on a sheet tray sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Coat the fillet with any additional marinade so the fillets are well coated.

Roast in the oven for ~ 7-9 minutes depending on the size and thickness of the fillets.  Carefully remove from the oven and served immediately.

 

Great served with smashed gold potatoes, grilled asparagus or roasted brussels sprouts.
