Rice bowl topped with cucumber, avocado, mango, scallion, tuna and Marzetti Simply Ginger Soy Dressing.

In a mixing bowl, place in diced tuna and toss with ½ cup Marzetti Simply Ginger Soy Dressing. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the cucumber, avocado, mango and scallions. Keep separated.
To assemble, place 1 cup of rice in the bottom of each of 4 serving bowls.
Drizzle ¼ cup of ginger soy dressing over the rice. Divide and arrange the vegetables over the top of each bowl, close to the edge of the bowl leaving space in the middle.
Finally, place the marinated tuna in the middle of each bowl. Drizzle remaining dressing over the tuna.
