Tuscan White Bean Hummus
Cannellini beans pureed with Marzetti Simply Creamy Caesar Dressing and served with toasted crostini.

Cannellini beans pureed with Marzetti Simply Creamy Caesar Dressing and served with toasted crostini.
Hummus:
Drain the beans but reserve the liquid.
In a blender, pour add the Marzetti Simply Creamy Caesar Dressing and drained beans. Pulse the blender to chop and combine. Increase the speed of the blender and puree.
To adjust to desired smoothness and consistency, blend in small increments of the reserved liquid.
Makes approximately 1 quart.
Crostini:
Preheat convection oven to 450°F.
Slice your favorite bread – into ¼” slices and brush with olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper and bake for approximately 4 minutes or until golden and crispy. Allow to cool completely before serving.
