Asparagus Fries with Ranch Dipping Sauce
Fresh asparagus lightly coated with seasoned panko and air-fried to a delicious golden brown, served with Marzetti Simply Ranch dipping sauce.
Serves 4
In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs and water and mix well to make the egg wash.
In another mixing bowl, combine the panko crumbs, basil, thyme, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil for the breading.
Dip each asparagus spear into the egg wash, then flour, back in the egg wash and finally the breading mixture, making sure to cover completely with all.
Fry in an Air Fryer for 7-10 minutes at 400°F, turning halfway through.
Serve with a side of Marzetti Simply Ranch Dip.
