Smokey and sweet shrimp salsa with tomato, cucumbers, bell peppers, jalapenos tossed in Marzetti Simply Honey Chipotle Dressing.

Season and sauté shrimp until completely cooked. Cool completely.
In a mixing bowl, combine diced tomato, cucumber, onion, bell peppers, jalapeno and cilantro.
When cooled, dice the shrimp similar in size to the vegetables and combine.
Toss mixture with Marzetti Simply Honey Chipotle Dressing.
Serve as a dip or scooped into tortilla cups.
